Once again, we are modeling prior years’ successes to put together this year’s Pinewood Derby.
This is held at Cub Adventure Camp in Goochland.

Friday night (1/27), we will meet at the Cub Adventure Camp’s dining hall to set up the Race track and
the practice track. We will meet at 6:30pm. Everyone is invited to help set up. If you come and help, you
can pre-weigh your cars on our OFFICIAL scales as well as run some practice runs.

Our Committee meeting on Wednesday is NOT at the Library. No room available, so we are now meeting at the McLemore's Workshop. Same time, etc. Only it is at 1881 Wicker Woods Dr., Maidens, VA. Enter it into your favorite map program, or contact Robert or Margaret for directions.

Once again this year, we are going to have our Holiday Pot Luck as our annual holiday party. Bring any dessert, side dish or other holiday treat that is meaningful to you and your family. Show us what your family enjoys, your culture, your religion. If the holiday schedule is too busy, swing by the grocery store. Please bring something to share with plenty of folks. We will label it if you would like.

Where: Randolph Elementary School
When: Monday, 12/12 from 6:30 - 8:00pm
What: Holiday Pot Luck - share some of your holiday foods with others.
How Much: Enough for a couple dozen folks. It is a sample, not a meal!

We will be Distributing the Popcorn Saturday 12/3 betweeen 1:30 and 3:00 at the Scout Shed at Randolph Elementary.
Space in the shed is limited, so pick your order up on this date if possible.

If unable to pickup on Saturday, it can be picked up at the shed at Monday's Den meeting.

Our annual minnow race is at our 11/21 Pack meeting. Please join us for our annual fun time! Also, please help us out and bring some towels & mops. It is always a wet and wild time!! See the attachment for the flier.

Our annual Popcorn Fundraiser is wrapping up.
We will be available to collect Money and Forms at Randolph Elementary on Monday 10/24 between 6:30 and 7:00.
