The Fall Campout will be at Camp Brady Saunders on October 9 at 2 pm. Please use the link to signup so we know how many will be coming. Cost is $10 per person.

We are headed to Chippokes Plantation State Park (695 Chippokes Park Rd, Surry, VA 23883) on Friday, September 27th through Sunday, September 29th. The $20 fee covers the campsite, three Saturday meals, and Sunday breakfast. Most people arrive on Friday evening but you are welcome to join us at any point during the weekend. More information about what to pack will be provided after you sign up. If you are larger than a family of four, you do not pay over $80. Valentine's Day (Feb 14th) is celebrated all around the World and is a great time to show how thankful you are for the People you Love and Respect! This Pack Meeting held on Monday Feb 13th will give the scouts time to work on individual Valentine's Day Cards and put together small gift bags with candy and cards for their love ones. Parents: Feel free to join us this Monday from 6:30-7:30pm at RES and to help your Scout make cards. During this fun activity, we will have cupcakes for all the scouts. Feel free to contribute and bring any items below if you want to help. I created a small list below by clicking on "Read More" and will also bring some items and supplies.

Scouts - Today is meant to specifically honor George Washington and his contributions to the country, but President's Day has informally been expanded in recent years to honor other presidents, including Abraham Lincoln (born Feb. 12) and Thomas Jefferson (who was born in April). Let's take a moment to honor all persons who served in the office of president of the United States.
