Parents and families, the Pack doesn't GO without you.
All families are expected to volunteer in some capacity to make Scouting a great experience for our boys. We currently need an Outdoor Chair for the coming year. If you're not ready to take on a position, please help by coordinating an event! If you have a particular talent, we can help you find a volunteer opportunity that works for you.
We NEED additional help on the Pack Committee. While we've found a new Cub Master to replace Tyrone, Kelly - our Committee Chair - will also be moving on with her son following the Blue and Gold Banquet in February. We MUST fill this position in order to maintain our Pack Charter. If you are open to helping, please reach out to Tyrone or Rick Woolard (our next Cub Master) to discuss. Or, if you'd be open to serving as our pack Treasurer, please reach out to Michael Smith (and he will transition to the Committee Chair role).
Popcorn season is almost over and we need to keep selling - sheet sales, online and show-n-sells!!
Here is the link to enter your popcorn sheet sales when you are all done selling. Please total your sheet sales by column and under your scouts name in the spreadsheet, please go across listing how much of each item your scout sold. This greatly helps us when we are compiling all the paperwork and totals before sending in our final order. If possible, please put your scouts information in by the Nov 2 meeting. ALL POPCORN FORMS AND ALL MONEY ARE DUE NOV 2nd!
On Saturday, January 9th, Pack 710 will board the USS Wisconsin which is an Iowa Class Battleship which served in WWII, Korea and Operation Desert Storm. Opportunities don't come around like this very often. Our visit will also include an entrance into Nauticus, a maritime museum where our son's and their siblings can learn all about the sea and the crafts that sail it - AWESOME!!
Hey Tigers! Want to see what Cub Scouts is all about? The annual Tiger Rally has been postponed until November 5th. Join area Tigers at the Cub and Webelos Adventure Camp in Maidens for fishing, BMX bikes, wrist rockets, games, scavenger hunt, rocket throwing, crafts, and more.
On October 26 we will be doing a camp expo with Troop 710. This event will be held at Camp Albright in Chesterfield. There are numerous activities for the scouts to enjoy like fishing, biking, and hiking.
